SOMA businesses see smashed windows, vandalism

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood could soon see some additional help controlling crime on the streets. The Guardian Angels may go on patrol after a rash of petty crimes and vandalism that is costing merchants a lot of money and even more grief.
