Rat problem raising concerns at one of SF's busiest playgrounds
"I'm trying to look for a lot of rats," said 7-year-old Jacob Ortega as he chased a white rat at the northern Civic Center playground in the shadows of City Hall. The playground's rodent problem is raising safety concerns for parents and health experts as kids touch and jump in the play structures.
