A 17-year-old has been arrested after allegedly shooting three people in Times Square early Saturday morning, police said.
The suspect's whereabouts are unknown but many friends of the victim's family worry that if he isn't in the area he's attempting to cross the border into Mexico.
Police say the incident started as an argument in the bar area that turned into a physical fight. The suspect pulled out a gun and shot three people before taking off, according to Livermore police.
Police say the suspect, Roger Aleman Garcia, is a convicted felon with prior extensive criminal history including assault with a deadly weapon. Garcia is still at large, and is considered armed and dangerous.
"The oldest one who saw the whole incident, she still cries." The aunt says the six children who range from 1-10 years old will be taken care of by herself and other family members, who live in a two-bedroom apartment.
The family of 23-year-old Marco Carral Duran who was fatally shot early Sunday morning says he was just trying to help a couple with six children having an argument in the parking lot, when the man pulled out a gun to kill Duran, the woman and then himself.
