Authorities were set to remove Tosha Alberty and her family from their home Wednesday, but that eviction was postponed until June 22 after the bank agreed to negotiate a loan modification.

Alberty claims she was the victim of predatory lending and she has been trying for months to save her home, where she lives with her four children and her husband, who has battled cancer.
