It happened in Weber County Sunday morning. From the dash cam you can see the deputy chasing a suspected reckless driver going upwards of 40 miles an hour on the county's back roads.
There's just one catch -- the driver is seven years old!
The chase ended when the child pulled into a driveway and took off on foot. Investigators say he took the family car because he didn't want to go to church.
Officials say the boy is too young to prosecute so he was returned to his parents, after a lecture.
