The Disney company, which owns ABC7 and the Baby Einstein series of videos is offering $15.99 for each DVD that parents send in.
This is to settle a threatened lawsuit saying the DVD's showing images set to classical music do not increase a baby's intellect as the marketing materials claimed.
Each family can get refunds for up to four DVD's.
