Healthy fast food options for kids hard to find

If you think it's nearly impossible to get a healthy kids meal at a fast food restaurant, you're right.

Yale researchers found, of the thousands of possible combinations at eight fast-food chains, only a dozen did not exceed the recommended limits in calories, fat and sodium.

Researchers reviewed nutritional information and purchased kids meals from McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, KFC, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen. They found employees usually give customers the unhealthier option, unless specifically asked for the healthier option like apple slices instead of fries.
