One day after blocking the entrance to Wells Fargo, activists from the Occupy San Francisco movement are turning their attention toward another subject: Public education.

Organizers plan to rally outside an education conference in Downtown San Francisco at 4 p.m. The two-day conference is being put on by the Foundation for Excellence in Education.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush heads the non-profit, which wants o put an end to teacher tenure and seniority-based pay.

Media baron Rupert Murdoch is expected to give the keynote address on Friday.

Activists charge the group with wanting to sell out public education.

Protesters also plan to kick off 'Occupy Richmond' on Thursday. Organizers say they'll target the city's Chevron refinery and corporations such as Safeway and Payless that recently left town.

The rally will start at 4 p.m. next to the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts, followed by a march to the Chevron refinery.

Demonstrators say they'll camp at Richmond's City Hall for several days.
