David Rosen, 17, will appear in juvenile court Friday to face vehicular manslaughter charges.
He was driving an SUV that veered out of control on Treat Boulevard in early April. It hit 41-year-old Solaiman Nuri and his two daughters.
Nuri and his 9-year-old daughter were killed. His 12-year-old daughter suffered minor injuries.
The deaths sent shockwaves through the Bay Area's close knit Afghan-American community.
