Michael Finney has tips to detect and prevent a norovirus

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- It feels like everyone has had it or knows someone who's had a stomach bug this past winter. it might be something called Norovirus. Outbreaks have spiked making millions of people sick.

It is highly contagious, and Consumer Reports is offering advice on how to avoid getting sick and spreading the virus.
