Spencer, actors read for children on Read Across America Day

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- In honor of Read Across America Day, kids at one San Francisco school got a special treat courtesy of our own ABC7 News Weather Anchor Spencer Christian and some local actors on Monday.

Spencer Christian and the Screen Actors Guild members didn't just read "A Cat in the Hat", they performed it for students at Rooftop Elementary.

Read Across America honors children's book author, Dr. Seuss.
