Southbound I-680 reopened in Fremont after accident spills nails, tools on roadway

FREMONT, Calif. (KGO) -- An accident that blocked multiple southbound lanes of I-680 in Fremont has been cleared.

Sweepers were used to clear nails and tools from the freeway near Vargas Road.
