Northbound lanes of 19th Avenue at Lincoln Way, Junipero Serra Boulevard, Holloway Avenue and Vicente Street will also be closed Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Crews will pothole and prepare for electrical conduit installation as part of the 19th Avenue Traffic Signal Upgrade Project, according to Caltrans.
