The trucks crashed around 9:45 a.m., prompting clean-up crews to close the off-ramp and the CHP to issue a Sig-alert just before 10 a.m., CHP Officer Paulson said.
The ramp will be closed indefinitely, Paulson said.
CHP Officer Sam Morgan said around 10:30 a.m. that no lanes of the highway were closed and that traffic is moving through the area.
No injuries were reported.
