37-year old Christopher Ablett turned himself in Saturday, to police in Oklahoma.
He is accused of fatally shooting 46-year old Mark Guardado last month, outside a bar in San Francisco's Mission District.
Investigators say Ablett is a member of the Modesto-based Mongols motorcycle gang, an arch rival of the Hells Angels.
