Rep. George Miller announced Thursday that his office will randomly distribute two pairs of tickets to the Jan 20, 2009 inauguration through a lottery open to all constituents in the seventh district.
The lottery runs through Nov. 30 and the winner will be announced Dec. 1.
Winners will be responsible for their own transportation and lodging.
