SFO flights delayed up to 1.5 hours

Passengers at San Francisco International Airport should plan for about 1.5-hour delays this morning due to the rainy weather, an airport duty manager said.

Flights impacted the most are ones headed to or coming from the East Coast, airport duty manager Jeff Littlefield said. Shorter flights also will be impacted, but probably not as much, he said.

A ground-delay program will be in effect at SFO today from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
