The shooting happened inside a home in the 200 block of Amend Court at about 12:30 a.m., Lee said.

Witnesses told investigators that a fight had broken out during the party and then the suspect pulled out a gun and started shooting, Lee said.

Gustavo Molina, a 36-year-old Martinez resident, was taken to Doctors Medical Center in San Pablo, where he was pronounced dead.

The other two victims remained in critical condition at John Muir Medical Center Monday, Lee said.

No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, Lee said.
