The victim is 22-year-old Vincent Choi from Alameda.

He was set to graduate with a political science degree in May. Police say the shooting happened at 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning outside a bar on Telegraph Avenue.

They say it apparently started when a fight broke out between two groups.

Police are reviewing a surveillance tape, but so far, have no suspects.
