The shooting happened just before midnight at the corner of 48th Avenue and International Boulevard, according to police.
Police said three male suspects drove up and opened fire, hitting three men in the crowd.
All three victims were driven to the hospital, where one, Charles Morrow II, 23, was pronounced dead.
