/*Muni*/ officials Tuesday announced plans for a major upgrade to the N-Judah rail line between 19th Avenue and Sunset Boulevard.
They will be replacing tracks, repaving and restriping streets, improving sidewalks and upgrading water lines.
Traffic will be affected and buses will be used to shuttle Muni riders.
