Muslim group releases annual civil rights report

SAN FRANCISCO

In 2008, CAIR chapters across the nation processed more than 2,700 complaints of hate crimes and harassment -- a rise of 3 percent from the previous year.

200 of those complaints came from the San Francisco Bay Area.
