City College of SF summer classes cancelled

Summer classes at City College of San Francisco are cancelled this year.

College trustees cut the four million dollar summer program to help close a budget gap expected to top $12 million.

All but a few state-mandated vocational classes will disappear, leaving more than 2,000 students looking for other options.

At this point, other bay area community colleges do not plan to cancel their summer programs.
