A new report by the Pew Research Center calls this generation history's first "always-connected generation."
It says many treat their handheld devices like their cell phones, like a body part. More than 80 percent sleep with a cell phone on or right next to their bed.
They also admit to texting while driving and almost certain have a profile on social networking sites like MySpace, Twitter or Facebook.
