- 1. Pre-Marinated Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - 4 lbs
- 1/4 cup garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Corn Tortillas-warmedl
- Romaine lettucel
- Sour cream or cheese to topl
- Grill Chicken breasts until thickest part reached 165 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes and chop into bite size pieces.
- Wrap in warm corn tortilla
- Top with romaine lettuce, salsa and sour cream or cheese to top
