The blaze broke out just after 6 Friday morning and was brought under control about 25 minutes later.
An ambulance was requested by fire crews on scene where one injury is reported. The victim is described as a woman who was a heavy smoker and was home alone when the fire started.
She's been airlifted to the UC Davis Burn Center in Sacramento.
