Forty-five-year-old Giovanni Dimaio has been booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. Investigators say he was found possessing and distributing images of children engaged in sexual acts and sexually explicit poses.
Because Dimaio is a citizen of Italy, his case has been referred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
