Teen driver charged with manslaughter in fatal crash

NOVATO, CA

Authorities say the driver of the BMW was likely speeding when he lost control and hit a cattle truck in Novato last Friday.

Issac Brott died in the crash; a 17-year-old boy has major injuries. The driver and the other passenger were not seriously hurt.
