Alfonso Arthur Mestas Jr., 38, and Jessica Nicole Gonzales, 23, were arrested at 931 Kentucky St. in Vallejo.
Mestas was booked into Solano County Jail on suspicion of murdering 38-year-old Saint Nick Stanley, and Gonzales was booked for allegedly being an accessory.
Mestas is being held without bail and Gonzales' bail is $1 million.
Stanley was found dead of a gunshot wound in a truck parked outside the Deluxe Inn at 2070 Solano Ave. at about 2:50 p.m. on Aug. 8.
Stanley's murder was the seventh of 14 homicides this year in Vallejo.
