Witnesses say he yelled profanities at two young children, telling them to move or he would hit them.
Witnesses say the suspect, Eric Lamb, then swerved seven feet to purposely hit one, leaving a tire mark across his sweatshirt.
He has cuts and bruises, but other than that is OK. Lamb was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
