Oracle chief and founder Larry Ellison finished second on the list compiled by Equilar, an executive compensation data firm. He received a bonus of more than $6.4 million, which represents a nearly 80 percent increase.
Cisco's john chambers took third on the list with a $4.6 million bonus, and his bonus jumped by 126 percent as compared to last year.
Equilar's list is incomplete, because many fortune 500 companies don't report their bonus numbers until the spring.
