The officers went to a house on Mount Whitney drive to arrest a wanted man on drug charges. But that man wasn't there when police entered the home around 6:30. An elderly woman had an existing hand injury aggravated by the flash bang grenade.
Paramedics treated her at the scene and police did not arrest her.
