The Municipal Transportation Agency plans to revive a long-ignored ordinance that requires garages charge a flat hourly rate, so no more early bird or monthly discounts.
This could result in drivers paying hundreds of dollars more per month and thousands of dollars more per year.
A recent report shows the move would mean $6 million per year for the Municipal Tansportation agency.
