Gary Swierski was arrested Wednesday in the killing of his wife, Reina. It marks the first arrest since Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen reinstated a cold case unit.
Reina Swierski was reported missing in March 2005. Her body has never been located, but a skull discovered in Boulder Creek was identified as her's through DNA testing.
