For months rumors have swirled that Davis was in failing health and last week there were unconfirmed reports he had been hospitalized.
Wednesday, a senior executive for the team told the Mercury News that those reports are untrue.
The team says Davis, one of the NFL's most involved owners, is working as he always has.
