Police say a 24-year-old resident of the converted single family home on St. Andrew's Place was beaten to death by his 28-year-old roommate last night. Investigators say the killing followed an argument.
The suspect is under arrest but at last word, has not been booked on any charges.
Police have not released the name of the victim.
