Calif. again named worst state to do business in

A survey of chief executives says California is the worst state in the country to do business.

This is the seventh straight year California has been ranked last in Chief Executive Magazine's annual poll of 500 CEOs.

The executives based their opinions on several factors, including tax policies, work force equity, quality of living and infrastructure.

The CEOs ranked Texas as the best place to do business.
