Google is expected to launch its long-awaited music service at a developer's conference in San Francisco Tuesday. It's going to be called "Music Beta By Google" to start.

The big difference between this one and iTunes is users would upload and store their songs on cloud-based server and to listen to their music on phones, tablets or computers.

The music would never be downloaded onto the devices, keeping it out of the hands of music pirates.
