The California Highway Patrol says the 16-wheeler overturned on the eastbound Cesar Chavez Street off ramp from Southbound 101 around 9:40 a.m. Friday.
The driver experiences minor injuries.
Authorities aren't saying exactly how the accident happened. Tow trucks are now trying to upright the vehicle so they can re-open the ramp.
