The International Space Station received groceries for a year thanks to astronauts on NASA's final space shuttle flight.

Two astronauts used the space station's massive robot arm to hoist a bus-sized container out of Atlantis' payload bay and attach it to the orbiting outpost.

The canister has nearly five tons of goods, including food, clothes and spare parts for the station.
