The announcement came as community groups unveiled two new billboards on Thursday intended to discourage prostitution along International Boulevard.
The billboards ask men cruising for prostitutes what they would do if their daughter was working the streets.
Police Chief Anthony Batts also says he's considering a plan to use DMV records to send "Dear John" letters to owners of vehicles that loiter around Interstate Boulevard.
