Police say the incident happened Tuesday afternoon near the intersection of Oak Avenue and Waverly Road. The man pulled up in a white pick-up and offered the two 9-year-olds a ride. The girls said no and walked to a parent's workplace nearby.
The man, described as white, 40 to 50-years-old, with a white mustache and beard, drove away.
