Regulators say massages delivered by the "Shoulderflex Massage" could be fatal. At least one death and one near-strangulation were reported after a necklace and an article of clothing became caught in a rotating component of the device.
The Food and Drug Administration is telling people who own the massage machine to throw away pieces of the device separately so no one else can re-assemble the massage machine and use it again.
