Siri says, "I'm sorry, I'm having trouble connecting to the network."
Siri understands what the person is saying, but many users are reporting problems connecting to the network.
The website Mac Rumors has a forum going and there are several different fixes reported. The one that worked for our new phone here in the newsroom was to turn off the WiFi feature, then turn it back on again. We have a call into Apple and are waiting for a response.
