Suspect wanted in Black Friday shooting surrenders

OAKLAND, Calif.

Detectives consider Queron Foreman of Oakland to be armed and dangerous. He may still have the gun that was fired in the shooting.

Two other suspects, Tony Phillips and Detwone Watson remain in custody in connection to the shooting on November 25. Watson surrendered to a SWAT team yesterday, after officers zeroed in on him and surrounded a home in Oakland.

Witnesses say the three men tried to steal a gold chain from another man in the Walmart parking lot. Watson then opened firing, striking one of the men.
