A new European study suggests people who work long hours are twice as likely to experience a major depressive episode as those who clock out after 7 or 8 hours. Researchers found people working more than 11 hours a day are at greatest risk.

The study focused on overworked junior and mid-level employees. They appear to be more prone to depression compared to higher-paid, top-level workers.
