A Solano County sheriff's patrol car crashed into a big rig during the chase on Highway 37 and Wilson Avenue in Vallejo. Nobody was hurt in the collision. Authorities say the suspect was initially being stopped just before 3 a.m. for a traffic violation, but failed to pull over. During the chase that followed, the suspect tossed a shot gun out the window on Highway 37 and Mare Island Bridge. It was recovered.
Investigators say the suspect was last seen driving a black car in Vallejo.
