The Las Vegas Railway Express says it signed a conditional agreement with Union Pacific Railroad to use railroad tracks normally reserved for freight trains.
The plan is for a new luxury train service, dubbed the "X Train," to leave from Daggett -- which is about two hours outside of Los Angeles.
The one-way ticket price of $99 would include food and drink.
