Mom fired in Washington DC for selling Girl Scout cookies at work

A single mom in Washington D.C. was fired without warning after selling Girl Scout cookies on the job.

Tracy Lewis ran a food cart on the American University Campus. She began selling cookies three years ago for her 12-year-old daughter. She adds that her bosses never objected, until this year.

That's when Lewis' employer, Bon Appetit, fired her for violating company policy.
