Community marks first anniversary of massacre at Oikos

OAKLAND, Calif.

Seven people were killed that day. Police say former nursing student One Goh planned the shooting because he was angry with school officials but a judge ruled in January that Goh is not competent to stand trial.

Oikos will hold two memorial concerts for the victims.

The first will be Saturday at 7 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 114 Montecito Ave. in Oakland.

The second concert will be in Sacramento on April 13 at 7 p.m. at Capital Korean Presbyterian Church, 1441 Tong Rd., El Dorado Hills.
